A-100Scope of work

Scope of work

AIM bids each project from its plans and schedule. These are the services we price, and what a final clean covers.

  1. 1.1

    Final clean

The post-construction clean between the last trade out and the owner walking in: dust, debris and residue gone, every room detailed.

  2. 1.2

Floor strip, scrub, seal & wax

Tile floors stripped, scrubbed, sealed and waxed using Diversey floor-care products.

  3. 1.3

    Windows, inside and out

Interior and exterior glass on upper and lower levels, with lift access when the building calls for it.

  4. 1.4

    Rough clean

Debris and dust removal ahead of finish trades.

  5. 1.5

    Touch-up clean

    Punch-list touch-ups before the owner walk-through.

  6. 1.6

    Pressure washing & exterior

Sidewalks, storefronts and entries. Available upon request.
